I moved from Bangalore to Jaipur, due to WFH in IT companies, and instead of choosing urban clap or house joy, I preferred the local service provider so that they get maximum benefit(No middle commission) , But Neat n clean not only charged much more, approx. 600 INR more for 2 BHK deep-cleaning but also did a horrible job. Please find attached the after cleaning images and whatsapp chat which I pinged him but got no replies even after multiple follow-ups.

Very poor ...Fraud.... They cleaned fans from bottom only and left top side totally dirty..Charged exorbitantly...Not worth at all

I had terrible experience hiring Neat and Clean for deep cleaning and pest control service on 28th December. Out of the core team of 3, only one person was skilled and the remaining were unskilled labourers who took a long time to even do basic dusting. The work was poorly done, bathrooms were not cleaned properly (can show pictures), they left pest liquid marks all over the house, the biggest damage they did was to the marble floor (which they left a permanent stain on), they ruined a all clock as well. I have been calling the company since the day of service to rectify the issues and it had been over ten days they keep giving useless replies or don’t respond. First they promised they would send someone to fix it, then the owner yelled at me for paying his team and then stopped picking my calls. I have filed a legal case on the company and hope the fraud company closes.
