Typical government office , lots of agents outside who can make your life easier . It could have been better as it's central government department.
It was amazing experience things are in better condition, I could make learning license of my son without help of any broker this was great.
Nice place. Something different from other RTO is that when you stop your vehicle no agent comes to you for making his commission. This thing make it little convenient and you will not feel irritate. Else almost everything is same as other RTOs. If you want your work done then your being bargaing expert is must and if you are not then try asking price to 5-6 agents(advisors).
The services are very fast....Since the process has become online now and filling information online makes the scrutiny hassle free and more convenient... In my case, it took 15 minutes only and we got our license in hand... I wish I could get my permanent license too with the same ease.... Thank you Indian Govt!
It's quite good place , mediator are says big price for everything but if you want to cut price they will be agree.
Confusing place not organized but the agents end up getting most of the things done. Beware of fraudsters!! The staff could use a little more politeness
I went there only to give my license test because I had filled the required forms and upload documents through sarathi-parivahan website. The test took 15-20 minutes and in half an hour I got my learning license.
