They don't answer ur call easily. After pressing 1 u will just hear that ' Your call is one in line' and again and again and again.

Alright folks this place is not just opposite to BSF Chowk, it's little bit ahead of petrol pump that comes on left while coming from Phagwara side. Store manager Swarnjit is decent guy who knows work and speaks when spoken too. Staff except pandit ji is very casual and always checking his social feed, but he knows his trade too. Insurance process is painful as you may to visit surveyor yourself with the staff to get the approval. One year warranty is available only for leakage,not for crack or break in the glass. Usually this outlet is not very crowded, don't expect great customer service while waiting for your repair. If you are claiming insurance, the process will take 3 to 4 hours.
