Sensei Kunal Karate Fitness class is amazing. I signed up for one of their special promotions and was instantly hooked. I signed up for a six month deal at the end of my first class. After just TWO months of Karate kickboxing twice a week and eating really well, I literally went from having a bit of a belly to a visible six pack. Not one of those ultra-sculpted body builder packs, but still, it was the first time in my life that I could actually see definition in my stomach. AMAZING!

Mrinal Sir's Dojo is an incredible place for all ages to learn a great art of self defense and also for young people to learn patience and self control. Under the watchful eyes of Sensei Mrinal the students learn a variety of things to help them through today’s struggles. I have been a student for almost a full year and I love going to classes and learning. If you are interested in Karate and Kickboxing please feel free to stop by and watch and ask questions after group class is done, talk to the students and ask them how they feel about their Karate training.

You should check Mrinal Sir Dojo out. Expert in self defense class - it is incredible. Sensei Mrinal is a true passionate person for what he does. He offers self defense class for minimum fees and helps studens to learn and save themselves in dangerous situations. He is attentive, he motivates his student and I am impressed with his service. If you are looking for Karate and Kickboxing class to get fit and feel comfortable / strong in life - he's the guy. Thanks again Mrinal Sir and I appreciate your efforts.
