Lovely products across a wide range of finishes to cater to a wide range of budgets and homes from very affordable and economical to the ultra luxury ranges, from everyday products that are seen in most places to global award winning designer taps, rain showers to most showers to mood-lighted shower panels to completely assembled Italian sauna baths. Brilliant products. Taps are from as low as 1000/- per piece to as high as 90000/- per piece. Wash basins as low as 2000/- to as high as 300000

The worst customer service ever.. We made a complaint for i-flush in March. Till now no one has come to check. And when you call them they say they are sending someone to check. More than a month no one has turned up. Dont go for their products

It was a good experience to visit the orientation center.. Staff were very helpful. There is no sales in this showroom .. They will demonstrate and you can select the products.. Get a quote/list and purchase from any Jaquar dealers. The ground floor have sanitary wares and cp fittings. First floor have their premium range of products and second floor have display of electrical light fittings. Since there is no sales, they won't compell you to buy..i visited them before talking with plumber to get an idea, the executive explained everything very well right from basics.. Later i visited them and took the quote after few months. Tip: visit them around noon, there will not be much rush..

Complaint booked in the month of June 2020 for rust on the taps. No response from the company till date which is Feb 2021. Everytime we will call you back is the response from the company and no one will call back.
