#Jimat #Hafele #utter disappointment #Worst purchase@#%... Never go to this shop... We purchased a Nagold hood & Hob from Jimat Collections , Thrissur, Kerala. Soon after the puchase, issues started with the product which prevails till date. The main burner has stopped working owing to the low flame & spark that goes off after a few seconds. Other burners are also having very light flame. The issue had been notified to the dealer & the customer care several times but the response is negative. They visited two times but couldn't rectify and the knob aside the burner was broken by those technicians. As of now, the main/larger burner is not working since few weeks and remains as a mere display burner. The black coating over the flame adjusting knobs started to peel off soon after the purchase and within two months these knobs had turned to an antique looking piece with its surface similar to aluminium. The dealer as well as the service centres didnt give any heed to my notices and they never hesitated to defy my repeated phone calls in this regard. I am really disappointed with the service from Hafele & Jimat and the purchase remains as a nightmare.
The worst product that I have purchased from Haffle (Hood and Hob ) I would recommend not to buy this product. It started indicating problems the way I started to use. When tried I to register a complaint the dealer responsed very rudely. Didn't expect this!
