A dispassionate review on the services rendered by JS gas stove sales, could only be in the negative. Claiming themselves to be professional in the field of servicing of gas stoves and allied matters, we had requested them to attend to a problem concerning the gas burners. The technicians who inspected the gas stove would suggest that the burners had outlived its utility and that therefore the same needs replacement. Accordingly the same was done. The replaced burners were supplied by them only. However the problem continued to aggravate. We once again got in touch with them. They had come on many an occasion but the problem continued to persist. Finally it was found that the replaced burners were sub standard. Should they literally follow the professionalism that they claim, they ought to have magnanimously returned the service charges. Apart from the free replacement of the burners which they were even otherwise obliged to do, they have not returned the service charges for the visits that they made and during the course of which they could not fix the problem. It is absolutely illegal and unfair to continue to not return the service charges more particularly since the burners that were supplied by them were found to be defective and which problem they could not detect. There is no need to stress the fact that it would have been a harrowing experience to use the sub standard gas burners. Apart from the impact on the quality and the associated difficulties, cannot be just shrugged off by them. Sheer waste of time and money would be my last word.

Should there be any possibility for a negative star rating I would have opted for that. I would rather put if affront that they don't even give the receipt for the spare part they replace as authentic and hardly they satisfied me (maybe a matter of maximum 24 hours). Finally, I won't recommend neither their services nor their products for any of my dear and near. Robin

The worst experience that I have ever had. Thought these guys would be nice and authentic but all went in vain in a months time. Firstly, they are not supplying original products. Secondly, they tackle the situation in such a way that the ball is in our court so that the time period prolongs. And finally, it's a sheer waste of time and money. I won't recommend

Very bad experience with the service provider..they are supplying duplicate product at real price ...never get trap on this cheating ... be careful . Lastly they are not OEM.
