It is a late post, but i wanted to share my experience. Rocky is our 9 year old Golden Retriever stayed at K9 pet boarding for 3 days, I was so satisfied by the care he received. There are many pet boarding centers in the city which are money minded and not pet lovers, however i felt K9 pet boarding team is completely different. They are real pet lovers and not money minded at all. Both K9 pet boarding owner and caretaker kept us updated with videos everyday. Place was kept so clean & tidy without any smells as you see photos in their website. I will definitely recommend to use K9 pet boarding. All the best and thank you K9 pet boarding team!

First time boarding our pet and we only went in for the option as we had little choice and they came recommended through a friend. So glad that they lived up to their reputation and much more. Our pet was excellently cared for and we were given daily updates. We were extremely glad to bring back home a happy, cheerful pet. They are very particular about the pet's health at the time of admission and the attention to detail is much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Dog is kept leashed the whole time. They claim that it is home boarding, but its just cages in a parking area. They said they board only friendly dog breeds at this center, whereas when we went to board our lab, there were Rottweiler and German Shepherd at the place. Daily only same video of dog was shared while walking. No other activities for the dog.

We left our Bingo at K9 for almost three weeks over Christmas and we are thoroughly satisfied by the care she received. Varun kept us updated with videos of her (which works better than pictures since you can see the body language of your pet) everyday and even vaccinated her through the vet that visits regularly. Most importantly, there is a lovely Nepali family that lives within the compound - it was plain to see that Bingo adored Ganesh, the Nepali caretaker, and that he took very good care of all the dogs. The place was kept clean without any smells and Bingo was given a bath before we brought her home. We will definitely use K9 again. Thanks for the good work!

Absolutely no complaints about this place! They have taken really good care of my Lab and GSD. The place was huge for them to run around. And hygiene is very well maintained. They kept sending videos of my pets. Keep up the good work!

Extremely irresponsible! I got a confirmed booking for Dec 31st on 15th of Dec and a confirmation on Dec 30th morning. And when I finally call them up for boarding the pet, they tell me the facility is full. I am left high and dry trying to find a place in the evening. Complete jackassery! Never should have booked at this place.

Before boarding they were very reponsive. And the facilities in the pictures posted looked to be gud but thats not the case. We r in US n had to ask them to pick our pets n board n after boarding wen our frnds checked we found out tht there were no proper facilities. No proper floorings fr dogs to sleep. They were kept on small stones( jelly kallu) due to which my both dogs had bruises on their back. Food bowls n the food was not cleaned n was unattended. Doctors never came to visit. Worst experience was with JIGYASA who is one of the owner of the kennel. Until we boarded she was very sweet and once our dogs were there , she never replied or responded properly to us over phone and to our cousins who went to visit them. Very very rude and irresponsible people. And wenever our cousins n frnds visited they never saw these owners and managers in the kennel. Only one family was there who always told us to contact the owners . They charged 12.5k for just one week n its been 4 weeks they haven't sent the receipt n bill details. We r in US and was very helpless to know wats happening and they never responded to us properly. Very WORST Kennel
