Health Harmony... Frankly speaking, before meeting Tushar & Akshay (Founder/Owner of Health Harmony) I used to do gym excercise to maintain the body weight/shape only. But after meeting these two friendly brothers I gotto know that there's much more than that. Recently due to covid-19 situation I gained 5 kg of weight and losing the same was really becoming impossible for me... But using Tushar's diet tips, massage therapy and Akshay's gym instructions I really lose my 3 kg in 2 week... Thanks for Everything
