Pretty impressed with the way Ford Kanjirappally dealt with my Ecosport starting trouble. The concern was addressed on the same day of report. The crew came to my house and took my car to showroom. The battery was worn out and replaced under warranty. Routine checks were also done and returned on the very next day. The updates were intimated through sms. Appreciated Ford India kanjirappaly branch.. Proud to be a ford owner.. I wish this same customer support in future also. My next update also will surely be a ford vehicle... Aromal Reghu

Poor customer service. One of the guy from the repair and service department mentioned my Ford figo 'scrap' but unfortunately my dad heard it. the way they handle their customers is very poor and they think they are so superior and doesn't know how to speak politely . I think if u go there to buy a new car u may see another face of them.instead of taking my number and letting me know when the work is done ,he gave me his number and asked me to call him to know if the work is done or not.i strongly beleive this not the way customers should be handled.for sure I will not go there again and I don't recommend anyone to visit there because I think they are looking for only super rich people to be there. I will never go for a Ford vechile in future aswell.
