New Horizons

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. KARCHER is a fraudulent company in Mumbai. Their vacuum cleaner stopped working in my house in 2 months. I gave it to their service centre, and there has been no help for 3 months. They have my vacuum AND they have not repaired, or replaced, or refunded. DO NOT BUY from Karcher India unless you want to lose all your money.

Their after sales service is terrible they make promises for repairs and supply of parts and collect advance payment and then they happily take customers for granted and deliver after weeks .
