Hi folks, I’m Shashank I stay in Hyderabad. However for service I take my vehicle all the way to Karimnagar, because I have a huge “TRUST” in Volkswagen Karimnagar. Read it again ... Huge TRUST The Service Manager - Mr.Laxman Garu and his team of engineers are simply superb. Therefore, it drives me to spend few bucks on my travel to Karimnagar to get my Vento serviced. I’ll share one of my beautiful experiences here; In my last service when I reached the service station I came to know that Laxman sir was on leave. And to my amazement he came to service station when I ringed him even when he is on a leave. This is the kind of great response and receiving we get at Volkswagen Karimnagar. Thanks Laxman sir for your continuous support since 3 years. Lastly, people always see pros and cons while buying a car. But, it is even more important to check how the service is being rendered. In this dimension Volkswagen really stands ahead among all other players in general and Volkswagen Karimnagar in particular. I visited Karimnagar from Hyderabad to purchase a used VW car. The idea was to get it checked at VW karimnagar. Contacted Mr. Banu whose number is available on Google at around 10:30pm the night before the journey for an appointment. Mr. Banu was helpful enough to give me the contact of their service lead Mr. Lakshman. Contacted him immediately, he requested me to inform him once after reaching the service center. Also asked me to try reaching service center before 9:30am for priority service. Once at the service center, Mr. Hassan was assigned for my job. His best quality was to answer all my questions with utmost patience. Something most service advisors lack of. All in all, these people do their work passionately. A good service center is something that will help a brand grow. I owe Mr. Lakshman and Mr. Banu a lot for attending my phone calls at 10:30pm. Very satisfied with their service. Keep it up. I feel like people of Karimnagar and around don't need to think twice for getting a Volkswagen. They have got a great service center to be relied upon.
