3rd class service. People who are working there they are careless and they have zero knowledge of how to work & process of work. Mr. Pawan is very careless about the work. He is never pickup the call and never give justified answer. Always i need to go there and waste my time. Manager whose name is Prachi is there only for give fake commitment on phone. This is the worst service center i have ever seen.

Very worst place to service your two wheeler, if you have enough time than go to their to hang out. The don't have value from time . They work as per their convenience. If I could give zero star rating I am happy to give.

It was a very bad experience. I booked a bike. Told to get in 10 days and not given even after 1 month. I finally canceled the booking. And when I asked my friend to call me for cross check, he said he would give full cash and he would arrange it in 2 days. Just because I was taking out a loan put me on waiting and first preference full cash. And when asked why, he behaved very rudely. Don't take a bike from this show, they make false comments.

I have been getting my service done since 2 years now. The service done by Hussain Bhai & team is always excellent and satisfying. He does go extra mile to make sure the vehicle is serviced fully and to the owners satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to ask him any questions. Recently the showroom has been better organised than before.

Worst service. Giving bike to them means Wasting of time with lots of trouble in your life. Never give your bike and scooter for insurance claim or service. They will waste your valuable time and hassle full service. I am regretting why i have given bike to keyan suzuki for accidental claim.

They will never give your bike on commited date, they will never pickup your call, never give an update about the work. Always give fake commitment. Completely unacceptable.

The overall experience is good. I have reduced 1 star as once I had found that they did not wash my bike properly during service and I had to point it to them before taking delivery. The staff are polite and friendly.
