Hello, does not deserve even 1 star. Same staff is used to clean tables and to prepare food. They are not washing hands thoroughly and changing gloves. No proper masks, staff is touching their masks, scratching nose, taking orders and preparing food. Just simply sanitizing hands before preparing your food, which is even worse. I have caught them red-handed and they changed my order. But this is not the way. Hygiene should come from within even if customer is not watching. Though I have taken my order but did not feel like having it. More than staff, Management is responsible as they are not actively participating in training their staff and ensuring that customers are completely satisfied. In these difficult times of Covid-19, every step is important, and more than taste of food, hygiene matters. Thanks for reading and listening!

Though it is situated on a busy highway in a popular setting of the ‘7’ ... the highway fine dining and relaxing place, maintenance of this KFC joint is utterly shabby... quite unclean for the brand, even as every small place is being maintained clean during this post covid. We visited this joint on a weekend. Full menu was not available. Only partial menu was served.

Really worst service, billing same person cleaning same person and order delivery is also same person, how could a same one do all this... food is cool and the dips are dried, not able to eat at all. The name of the brand is being spoiled Please increase the staff or atleast give a quality food

Not like in regular KFCs. chicken is not good in taste and chicken along with lettuce used in burger smelled awful. So left it without eating. Disappointed.
