My experience at this outlet was good, the service was fast though they persuade us to buy add-on or combo meals the staffs were friendly and fast enough in taking the orders. The size of the crispy fried chicken in this outlet is by far the biggest one I've seen in recent times. The taste of the food is good as usual KFC taste. The restaurant can get busy during weekends so there could be a delay in preparing our order. The cleanliness could be improved and the staff should proactively clean the leftovers as soon as the customer leaves the store.

My experience at this outlet was good.food was superb.good products and good quality.all staff very nice service.best place of party.i am impressed I am recognise one person name is Mr. Manoj Singh this guy doing good job and behaviour is very happiness....
Not good.Not good experience.better avoid. I regret going there Chicken is bland n not fresh.. some kinda smell as it's not fresh. Too 3 hot and crispy... But not given even one leg piece in d three. Cool drink some transparent one... Not pepsi or coke. Dono which brand. Not taking orders after 9:30pm.
@kfc - KFC Udaipur (Rajasthan) , lakecity mall is serving worst quality. Blood is still there inside it. They didn’t wash it properly. After complaining they told me that it wont get wash from inside. Asked them for refund , they refused. Such a poor quality by such a big chain. I puked after eating such bad quality chicken. There is no response from KFC support team till now even after posting on their twitter account.
food was superb. Palace is so peaceful. All staff is great here. If some one reading my review so i want to tell you, visit here atleast one time bcoz its a great place to make family party and birthday celebrate

Typical kfc restaurant, nothing diffrent, would recomend local street chicken than kfc as atleast their chicken is fully cooked
