Good staff. But they should increase toll gates bcoz of rush. Traffic increase from Friday night to Sunday.
Staff is not good. And most of the time they say that the fast tag is blacklisted, ecen if the card is working properly. I recommend, in this case just dial 1033 and ask them for help.

Also known as Srinagar Toll plaza located near Palwal. I believe it has worst management of all the NHAI tolls I have seen so far. Don't know why Nhai Officials don't respond to complaints pertaining to this. Even after implication of FASTAG'S the traffic situation remains same. Poor management by the operator. Very much influenced by local people. So, if you are here, be ready to spend some time even if you are equipped with FASTAG and have appropriate balance in account. And please be a little strict in your driving here else anyone would enter into your lane in place of moving in line.
