Small trek along a narrow path up the hill takes you to a plunge pool with beautiful view of waterfall on one end and greenery all around... enjoyed the experience

Good waterfall for a nice day in water, however don't expect a big trek if you're a fan of trekking. A short walk will take you to this waterfall, and most of the way stairs are built. Be careful if you climb onto the rocks under the waterfall as they get slippery. When you drive to this waterfall, there's another one visible up in the hills, that is not the one mentioned at this review's location. Follow the "cotigao sanctuary board" to find the ticket counter (very easy). The other waterfall you'll have to ask around, the locals will know that.

Very fine waterfall of Goa situated at the border of 2 different wildlife sanctuaries,Cotigao and Netravali. For the best experience, I would recommend you to visit here during july-August since it will dry up in winter end and also difficult to climb to waterfall. It is adventurous trekking spot for many groups in Goa. You have to pay 20 per person to the forest guide present there.
