A great place for exercise and learning some fighting skills. Fighting is optional here, I had joined this to reduce my belly fat And found the visible results within a month. I suggest everyone must do daily exercise for at least 1 hour. But peoples like me can't do that without a strict trainer like Abhishek sir! So, they should definitely join this or any other club like this. But this is best in my view. Because Knockout gives some of the advantages like 1. Trainers are Professional MMA fighters, 2. Yearly membership is very economical 3. You could pause your membership etc.

Great place for workout. I have been going to Gaur city branch for more than 2 weeks its very good workout place. Abhishek Singh is the trainer there, He brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm. If you have interest in MMA specially boxing then give it a try.
