Terrible service. For starters, even after 4 days of our parcel reaching their office(confirmed through the sms that we received), no communication was made regarding the delivery. Tried to call through all available numbers, but failed. And finally when we tracked the parcel to this particular office, they confirmed it. Since it was booked as an 'office delivery' by the sender(still not clear about this), we were asked to collect it from the office. That is when their attitude was revealed. A bunch of idiots working as if customers were at their mercy, and they were mostly busy on personal phone calls. Gave us all the trouble and delay they could give. They were not clear about the total number of boxes in the package, and made us search for a 'possible missing box', which eventually couldn't be found. They charge 300rs extra from the first bill for loading/unloading, but that doesn't include loading on to the vehicle arranged by the customer. Half a day wasted by ARC Parcel services.

Vehicle delivered...but not in good condition..my side box lock was broken I don't know what may have caused it.... ernakulam person attitude was also not too good.. it's my opinion
