Poor delivery, They delivered my Ecosport after working on a minor dent, which happened under their custody, on Front bumber area which they hided from me. And after 3 years of possession I detected that rework and informed but they are keeping mum and ignorant. Great cheat while delivering new vehicle.

Nice and very friendly staff. Wish the fan was working in the lounge. And wish they could have given a tea or coffee for the customers who's waiting for more that 8hrs. (maybe stopped because of Covid) Easy to reach.

I recently visited Malayalam Ford Service Centre at Madavana Jn Ernakulam. Carried out some service of my Ford Endeavour. Really have to appreciate the service rendered and continuous updates given by Mr. Shabeer - Service Advisor and Mr.Jijo - Service Supervisor. They really shown what customer service is. Well explained about the works which are to be carried and more over they are listning to my minor concerns and requirements . Truly great experience.
