Reception lobby is good, now its calm and quite dont know after all the works are completed.

Was supposed to be one of the best IT Park in India. But it contains very few companies and most of the space are unutilised. I hope that smart City will be full by 2020.

Its a good place for IT industry but there's no parking inside lulu tower and we need to park our vehicles outside and want to walk through.

Kochi infopark is a good teki area having large population of peoples works across many companies.. TCS Wipro UST Global Cognizant EXL NGA EY etc are some prestigious large employed companies in this smart space. Smartcity Kochi is just opened opp to infopark face 1 and face 2 of infopark is also working This a special economic zone under govt of Kerala.

Good office space and nice area. Good working environment. But limited parking space. Most employees are parking their bikes outside open area.
