I will never ever recommend this place. Its too unsafe to board your dog. Here is my story. We have a 6 month old GSD puppy and we had a hospital emergency so had to board our STARK for almost 2 days. By 3 pm on Friday 1st of Apr we took our puppy there and found that place to appear neat and clean. We took him back on 3rd morning by 10am. After reaching home we found our puppy so restless and scracthing his body and ears. Then we started to find out the reason for his restlesness. OMG!!! To our surprise we found nearly 60 to 70 licks fleas and whatnot on his body, inside the ears, tail, paws... We had tears in our eyes thinking the pain our dear was going through. Me and my husband patiently removed each flea ticks from his body. It took three days for us to get our dog flea and tick free. Even now while I am writing this review I am thinking of the condition of other dogs there who would be definetly going through the same pain, irritation. If anyone reading this can take up any legal inspection or action against them atleast a random inspection of the animals placed there I would really appreciate it. It definetly a no no for me.

I lost my cat there. Yes my cat that was born and bought up in my house ! They asked us to open the cage outside, without providing us with a staff and scared my cat who ran away. Extremely incapable staff and doctor, mostly because after this the doctor was trying to do a blame game and not try to recover the situation ! You should have known cat behaviour Mr having learnt about it !!!!!! If you cannot simply acknowledge And understand that you are at fault too for the incident, that is heights of irresponsibility. Of course the loss is ours !!!! Not doing any name mentioning, but it was the most horrific and disappointing experience of my life ! Not one expression of remorse and not even an apology. I walked in hours later to check again, and it was interesting to watch all of you stand and look like looking at a circus ! “Oh they came again” Yes I will walk in again, because you lost me my kid ! I am a doctor too, and the situation being reversed you would have taken me to court ! When I come to see you , you are also equally responsible for my cat from the time I step in there !!!!!! In moments like these I miss Dr. Sherin !!! Dr. Sherin you were an absolute gem, who understood our little friends and gave utmost care and compassion and treated my kids with so much RESPONSIBILITY. Yes Responsibility is not given it’s taken ! And as a doctor you all need to be in the forefront of the same ! I lost my kid because of your lack of responsibility because of your lack of interest. Feeling Extremely extremely violated.

Best place for dogs! The area is clean and good for your pets. Our pug stayed there for 5 days and he was taken care well. They will clean your dog and feed properly. The staffs are polite and well-trained to take care of the pets. I definitely recommend this place for pet lovers who needs worry-free mind while they are away from their home.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I placed two dogs with them for 2 days. While they have plenty of real estate where the dogs can roam around and the kennels themselves are adequately large. I'm afraid the popularity of this place has affected its efficacy. The place was almost full and I don't think the 2-3 man staff over there can handle the workload of feeding, cleaning and exercising all the dogs. While this place provides an adequate shelter while you are away, the diet of your dogs will go for a toss. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you have a sensitive/anxious dog like mine. Mine looked malnourished and took some time to adjust back to its home conditions after getting back. Edit - One of my dogs caught an infection and developed hook worm problem a day after discharging from the resort. The irony being I got her treated at the Cochin Pet Hospital. She's doing okay now thanks to the good doctors at the hospital. But this will be my last visit to the 'pet Resort'.

Good service in affordable price. Neat and spacious cages for dogs were provided. They will look after your dogs as you needed. Also the behavior of the personals are awesome.
