I met this wonderful couple in the market and they told me their new venture. I was skeptic initially but went anyway to check the Surmai which they had in stock. Ended up buying 1.6 kg. 1 kg for pickles and rest for curry. Believe me friends, everyone at home loved it and said it reminded them of fresh fish we purchase in Kerala. Even the Tiger prawns masala roast tasted awesome!! All the best to Samar and his lovely family!!
