They made us contact with Bengal Home service for LED tv service. They're horrible. Such a liar & unethical repair center. From investigation charge they took 450 for nothing. Constantly lied to us about spare parts & billed us more than 7500. Tv was not working as before. We called them numerous times. Technician are unprofessional. Don't know how to work or talk. We're suffering after trusting them. Please don't contact this service center named Bengal Home Service if you don't want to waste you earned money.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG TIME FRAUD. THEY GENERATE A BILL WITH THE NAME BENGAL HOME SERVICE. THEIR TECHNICIANS WILL VISIT YOUR HOUSE IN THE NAME OF INSPECTION AND THEN WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RS 450 AND YOUR APPLIANCES WILL NEVER BE REPAIRED. LATER WHEN TOU CALL THEM THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DONOT HAVE THE SPARE PARTS TO REPAIR YOUR APPLIANCE AND YOUR MONEY IS GONE. NEVER GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They hang Up The call on your face without completing the conversation. Very Bad Customer Service over the phone.
