I went for this keratin treatment in their Sarat Bose Road branch just 2weeks before.... pathetic work they have done... within 5days my hair became frizzy and back to normal type... I told them but they went on giving their excuse.... they r giving discount on keratin treatment but quality of service they r giving us is worst... if you can't give proper service then don't give discounts... discounts doesn't means that you will give poor service... I paid 3800 for keratin treatment.. Now what to do tell me??? I am not at all confused... Rs. 3800 means 3000 tax 3800. This branch is beside Laxmi Narayan Temple... Try to treat the grievances seriously instead of giving lame excuses....

Pathetic experience. Keeps reminding you about bad qualities of your hair/hair problems throughout service. Over charges for haircut and hidden charges added during check out. Go here only if you want to be dissatisfied.

1. Good number of staffs and they all are really quick so you don't need to wait much for your turn. 2. Went there for gent's haircut. Mr. Shakil was my hair dresser and he did well with his job: he was focused on my final look. Thumbs up for that. 3. Decent behaviour of all staffs. 4. Can be easily located, as the salon is on the main road.

It's a good place to get a hair cut. The staffs do give sufficient time and have shown good behavior most importantly. They also take extra effort to make your visit a nice one.
