Royal Cruiser is one of the good looking buses that you can choose for your tours within West Bengal and UP. The bus looks truly Royal from outside, even though the inside is not too royal. I have noticed some foot rests broken, some seat handles missing etc, however these issues can be overlooked. You will get comfortable seats, a TV to watch movie, 1 free mineral water bottle and one biscuit packet as a part of it's facilities. From Esplanade, you can avail buses for places like Asansol, Digha and others. The bus is extremely punctual and travels at a very good speed. Bookings can be made on the spot, as well as online via Paytm and others. I would suggest you to book it online, because the price is always less there, owing to cashback offers. Recommended.

I would say it's quite not in place..but its ok..its opposite in the road of shyamoli bus stand.. The main problems though with ticket counter..for morning bus you must not go in this and if you then book first in online..don't expect the counter to be open at morning as it is inside esplanade metro..

One can get to travel at different locations by their Volvo and Scania buses. One can book ticket from their stand counter. This place is well connected by Bus , Metro and app cab service.
