Recharged Rs.285 and noticed many channels not aired. I addressed to the local service provider. He blamed me for not addressing. He didn't apologise for their mistakes. 2mins ad plays with republic TV and few more news channels everytime TV is switched on.

This is one of the worst internet connection i have ever used. They are frauds worst connection they have zero knowledge about the connection and they are least helpful and very rude. * I paid 572 rs on 1 feb2021 to the dealer ( referred by the siti cable broadband) my internet did work but worst connectivity but i still did adjust. * 4th march 572rs paid to the dealer (referred by the siti cable broadband ). But this time after 2 hours of money payment the dealer called me and said as he have no screenshot of my payment so he wont be giving me any internet and he threatened me that no internet would be given to my connection. * I shared the whole story to the (siti cable broadband connection Kolkata branch) *I called them 1st time the lady said she won't be able to help me because they are of no use. *After disconnecting the call i checked that my internet is not working then i checked on my neighbors and i got to know that there internet is working. So the dealer did turn off my internet. *i again called (siti cable broadband connection Kolkata branch) this time i again shared my whole story . And asked her whether the cable dealer is the company owner and he can turn off my connection whenever he wants to. She said yes he can do it whenever he feels like and she can't help me and she started shouting and abusing me. *then i called the dealer he said you can do nothing because we run (siti cable broadband connection Kolkata branch) and no he is no sorry for what he did. And i need to pay him again. One of the worst connection worst and the employees are uneducated and pathetic disgusting. Impotent service. Costlier than airtel/jio fiber, charges non refundable 4000 for installation. Provides bosti level internet service. What more, will never improve service and performance so resorts to cutting the fiber lines of jio and airtel. Typical bengali impotency.

company is good but in Midnapur town their one of the most operator is GLORY Vision near jugnitala i used indinet last three year in cat 5 connection the owner of glory vision take 3200 rs from me and many time cat 5 connection problem occur and i also told them to upgrade my connection in fibre but they not done and every time worst belave and tell lie every time pls siti cable see your coustomer not take fro money give service i not wish to cut my net connection but the operator not cooperate with me at last i cut my connection.and from last two year in first year he charged extra 200 rs give me 350 plan and secon year extra 93rs give 472 plan i was novice when i take my connection but after getting my id from idinet see payment history i was shocked he cheated me around 4000 rs other than installation fee. thanks.

One of the worst network..all these ratings are fake..everytime after recharge I have to wait for Hours and Hours..no contact person phone reachable..all switched of and not reachable.. soon you going to lost your customers one by one of you kept on providing this kind of service.. better to get your own dish.

There is no Internet since last Thursday, 21st may 2020, after cyclone Amphan, and tdays 8 days have gone. We are regularly following up with them. And evryday they are telling new stories. Surprisingly others have the connection from Saturday, but we don't have. My and my husband doing work from home for lockdown, and now its really not possible to convince our offices that we still do not have the Internet connection back. This kind of service we never expect from you.
