I booked the transport of my house item from Kolkata to Hyderabad. They took 10 days to reach, which they said would be 7 days. The people who came to pack were extremely non professional. We had to instruct they with every packing. After I got my packages lots of things were damaged. Rats have entered the cartoon and destroyed many plastic containers and plastic rack. One of my expensive show piece was completely broken because of their fault in packing. Prasenjit had spoken of reimbursement, but he is a complete liar. He never called back and gave the reimbursement. Please don't opt them for delivery.

We booked this packers for shifting our house hold goods from Mumbai to Kolkata .Due to lock down our goods stuck . In the month of June Prosenjeet told to pay the bill amount as our goods are getting loaded and we'll get our goods within 10 days,but after 15 days of payment we didn't receive the same. At the end of June our goods reached in a horrible condition. The people who came to pack were extremely non professional.After we got our packages lots of valuable things were damaged. Our mirror glass was completely broken and other furnitures were also damaged. We lost my son's bicycle and other furnitures as it is not delivered till December 2020.Prasenjit told us that he will refit the mirror glass, but in vain. Prosenjeet is a complete liar. He never called back . Please don't opt them for any assignment in future . It was our worst experience.

I would appreciate the effort Prosenjit puts in to establish relationship and perform his duties. I received all items intact without any damage. I took 1 star away as they need to improve communication post pickup till delivery. Rest everything is good.
