Such a bad experience...complete mood spoiler. Very poor hospitality. Table was not given according to the preference however a table was allocated by one of their staff. We were waiting for the menu for so long nobody even asked for water. Then we called up one the the service persons for the menu atleast and we were informed that our table is out of their service area and we need to shift to another table.by the time it was too much from a 5star property and we had decided to leave and we informed the same to one of their service people and he didn't even asked the reason behind it. His attitude was like he is completely fine with the fact that we were leaving without taking the service. That was the first experience of mine at Hyatt and so unexpected from a 5star hotel.

Waterside Cafe is one of the famous restaurant in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Al a carte menu having wide range as well as buffet menu. Live continental counter is one of the attraction. You can enjoy your lunch or dinner with special one or with family and friends. Prior reservation is mandatory if you have any coupon to redeem. Individual staff is alloted to each table.
Been there with high expectations also after reading the reviews. Looks and feels amazing, good for photos and thats it! Food is limited ( way way limited options) And quality of food is also far from anything expected. Not even near to any good restaurants let alone five star hotel
It Was A Lovely Expierence... But there was less starters for non veg they should add prawn too.. But the experience was good loved it..
Food is good also it's different from berbeque nation, flame and grill..
The ambience was nice....food was also good but I felt like there was not much variety coz there was just indian food mostly but if you are looking for regional delicacies you should try the place once ....food tasted really good.
If you go by ambiance it is nice. But food and taste wise very poor. Only Kebabs and Desert quite good. Rest all items are very poor taste wise.
the atmosphere became best....meals changed into also good however I felt like there was now not lots range coz there has been simply indian meals broadly speaking but in case you are searching out local delicacies you have to attempt the place as soon as ....meals tasted sincerely properly.
