Great experience. The people who were there where very friendly. I took a Apache rr 310. The condition was good but the bike was not upto mark. I was planning on buying it. But because of the ride, i was saved, thank u twic. I drived for around 110 km. It was having lot of vibration. The guy saif was very friendly.

Booked a Duke 250 the bike was in good condition and the staff there (Manju) was very helpful. The bike was a little dirty due to the rains but that's fine. Overall experience was good

Very bad maintenance of bike, poor customer service. Never gonna look back at TWIC, I Rented Duke 390 old. Which has lot of issues. KMS limited to only 600kms for 48hrs. Speed limit is just 110kmph, in that case why would I need a powerful bike, I can tour on my Apache, I had done already for 112000kms on my Apache. You guys have to improve a alot TWIC, especially your team is the reason your name gets spotted. No mirrors, no crash guard, Unfitted seat, hell lot of heating issue because of lack of maintenance.

I booked a Harley Davidson bike ride surprise on a birthday and Mr. Samuel helped me from end to end from delivery of the bike till pick up of the bike. And he literally put all his efforts to keep this secret surprise and even I wasn't aware of proper bike delivery address but he helped me finding it. They are so flexible and adaptable and available to help m super impressed with the bestest service ever. Hats off to your efforts. And best was this day made awesome only cause of him. Thanks team. Came to Bangalore to chill and have fun. And the fun part was fulfilled by a classic 350 rented from this good office. Great reception by the staff. Good collections of bikes. Bike maintainence could be better. Looling forward to try superbikes. I tried 310RR, it was good experience, but not meant for city commute or touring. Most suited for racing/cruising.
