They don't have a professional approch in customer service. None was their to attend my bike at 9.30. a person wrote down my mobile number and informed me that somebody will contact me. Nothing happened till 11.30. then i got one service managers number i called him. He was saying we are working on it and will call you back. Again at 3.30 i called him. He was repeating the same answer. Finally at 5.30 i tried. His number was switched off. Since i had no other way to go back home, i hired an auto and went to their service centre. He told me that his mobile battery went down and my bike service is not yet completed. I told him i dont have any other vehicle to go back. He was helpless and adviced me to board a bus!! I'm waiting for tomorrow to complete the service. Once i recieve my bike, i will post my experience. Edit: the service was completed next day evening. They did not wash the bike. And the reason was crazy "they did not get time". (General service took 2 days to complete) Total service cost was 5000

Customer friendly..
It's quite disappointing that Yamaha's only showroom in Kottayam is very pathetic. I wanted to buy a FZ but after visiting the showroom and learning from others, I thought it wouldn't be a good idea buying because the service center has earned poor reviews and opinions. Even the showroom front office looks poorly set up. I will not dare servicing my bike there.
I feel so bad about their customer dealing and the customers vehicle given for servicing is taken for their personal use and they are driving it very aggresievely with high rpms. The vehicles given for first service is even driving it in high rpms as it is restricted from clocking great rpms and they hold customer vehicle for long time and we are getting it in decrepit manner . Yamaha we feel so pathetic about your customer service .
One of the worst customer service and dealership place.. if you love your money and your vehicle, kindly avoid this disastrous place..even one star is too much for them..

Since only one showroom and seevice centre in kottayam they don not have casless payment facility. There are no nearby atm available.
One of the worst motor vehicle service centre in the entire Kerala State.. I am an advocate and I believe this company should be sued for cheating customers.. Service Manager and the people are useless and unprofessional..it is time Yamaha look into it
