It's a very clean and super fun place go out with friends and fam.. I really loved the morning kayaking through chaliyar river (cost around 1.25k for 3hrs with a small sandwich and tea).. the sunrise was awesome...really recommend all to try this place. They have kayaking, standup paddling, rock climbing under construction, kids play area, a large size chess (it's a nice one). There is also rooms available for staying (18k for whole building with 3 bedroom, game room and a fully equipped Kitchen)and also a big houseboat with rooms (around 23K)..

Great place for a vacation. Can enjoy the back waters of kozhikode. We took their houseboat for the day and had kayaking and stand up paddling with excellent guides. Food and hospitality too were excellent. Throughly enjoyed the day.
