Himalayan GoJu Ryu karate Do, is founded by a group of karate ka of kullu who were practicing Okinawa GoJu Ryu karate Do from mid 1980's. Later due to conflict between the organisation that group was left in dark. IOGKF was wiped out from here. Since the founders were hard core karateka's and were devotee of Okinawa GoJu Ryu, they founded this new style "HIMALAYAN GO-JU RYU KARATE DO". The members of the HGK believes that karate can't be a sport. So they practice it in A Traditional way as tought in Okinawa . ""SENSEI MORIO HIGOANA IS OUR SUPREME MASTER"" no one is like Higoana Sensei.
