Great place to workout. Great machines, good trainers, good ambient light, great ventilation you won't run out of breath here unless you've worked hard enough. Place has clean washroom and fresh drinking water facility. Cardio CrossFit Weight training. You get it all here. Love the weights and machine. All of them are standard. And it also is a unisex gym so ladies and gentlemen you are all welcome here no matter what age you are. The best place to get fit in Lakhimpur.

The place is well built with enough machines but a little bit congested. The trainers here are well experienced and provide with better pointers. All together a nice place to start your day...

Asm gym and owner Himanshu bhaia and trainer sonu bhaia really a nice guy, treat like a big brother . I think this is lmp’s best gym ever
