Beautifully maintained ! A good initiative by the govt. Of WB. You can stay in the nature and have a beautiful look around. The mountain looks stunning from the view point. The flowers in the garden are nice. Great point was identifying the plants and mark them accordingly, so that people can know the local flora. There are seats and benches where you can take some rest if you r tired. Rs. 10 entry fee

The best place for relaxing and take breakfast and food. Nice place spent your time feel good .Near Lamahatta Park is very beautiful and peaceful environment and pleasant atmosphere attracts everyone.
"heaven"..yes this word goes perfectly with this place. There is as such nothing except a park,,but this park is so well maintained and its beauty is so mesmerizing that you would fall in love with this place. So many flower plants and a deep forest lurking from the behind. They have managed sitting arrangements also. So you can sit and enjoy the whole atmosphere. Now let me come to the most important part of this place,,you would gave glimpse of "THE KANCHENJUNGA" from this place so clearly. For a moment you would like to believe that you are in heaven. I visited the place by taking the road through kalijhora,,rambi and teesta bazar. I must say this road itself presents you so many beautiful scenic beauty. You would be bound to halt your journey by the scenic beauty if the road. Highly recommended.
Lamahatta is another place for the lovely views of Kanchenjung and one of the key attractions here is the landscaped Roadside Gbarden. This is a sprawling manicured garden on the roadside with many flowering plantations, hedges, pathways, seating places, gazebo for prayers or meditation and even a watchtower to take a panoramic view
Paradise.. !! The beautiful garden made in the hills. The air here is so pure you feel a positive vibe. On the way to gangtok .. you should halt here for some amazing pictures and a sip of good tea or coffee.. you can just look at the place and you don't want to head back. A quite place. Do visit this place and be there for hours ..

Advantages: Location, just in front of Lamahatta eco park. Easy to locate. Views from the rooms are good, Kanchenjunga view available. Landlord and landlady were very helpful, food was also good. Disadvantages: Rooms are too small. Not well maintained. Toilet was not also up to the mark. Bed was also too small. This kind of property in such a location needs upgradation. As per the facility provided I think the rooms are a little overpriced.
