Horrid place. Please don't stay. Bedsheet stained. Furniture useless. Dirty as hell. Plus host is rude

Rooms are good well maintained and clean. Except exhaust not working kind. Rest all good but no breakfast or food available. Just room and it good to stay.

Too good a place, cool claim and nice atmosphere. I felt like a home. Special thanks to Sonu all his help by checking me in at nite 1AM. Was staying in 1004 on 5th Feb it has got good view, well maintained flats and superb hospitality, sonu and his team is always available to help. Only issue is morning maid she makes lot of noise.. I give 5 stars to Sonu but 4 stars due to maid noise.

Getting here in the night is tricky. But a pleasant and average hygienic stay.

Haven't got good treatment from the owner. Stayed for a very long time. At the end they would put unnecessary blames just to cut down money from the security deposit, which they did. Would even say you have eaten too much food in the morning complimentary breakfast ( we have paid more than 9 lkhs). How pathetic.... . Their maids used to keep on fighting in the corridors and would even say things to the residents in the apartment.

Hosts are friendly and welcoming, all the facilities available as promised, room almost same as in the photos, needs a little more maintainance for eg. back rest of one of the chairs was torn, the plywood was coming out in one place near the fridge. Breakfast was nice, otherwise good for short stays. Would positively recommend this for Short stays.

Place is located in a nice quiet locality. Hospitality is too good. The morning chef cooks sumpsous breakfast.

The residence itself is not bad, but the environment outside is horrible, but have to say this is common in Mumbai...
