After reading a very good interview in the newspaper, visited this place. The below is my experience while taking delivery of my shirt. 1. The shirt was delivered in a wet condition. Even small strain marks were not scrubbed.The way its was pressed(iron) is visible in the pic attached. 2. Unfortunately the reply from the delivery person at the counter is: To deliver it on priority basis it was delivered in wet condition. We cannot remove the strains and this is the maximum we can do. They are not ready to agree with the condition even after disclosing the issue in-front of them while taking the delivery. 79/- was charged for this service.

Very pathetic service, they take their own time to get your work order done. They do not give you clarity on the service; when you are not happy with the service, they try to be argumental. They charge you more and try to give you a fake discount. And in case if they provide pick up service, they would not give you any discount. I have also attached images of their poor service. They are better places where you can get your clothes dry cleaned or dyed.

Hello dear owner My name is vinay jain I am the proud owner of one the top most automotive brand in the world Everytime I visit hyderabad I use your services as I feel you are the top in the town First time I have given my clothes in August and you have charged 99 per shirt and delivered the next day Second time when I gave clothes for the same service you have charged me 198 Again when today when we came You have asked us for 198 for the second day delivery You have answered me with so much of arrogance Think twice with whom you are talking and what's the person profile You cannot simply answer us arrogantly being in the service industry The final answer what I have got from this company is If they are free they will deliver you clothes next day for 99 If they are busy we have to wait for three working days or we have to pay double if it's urjent So this is my experience Last but not least Service is really very good friends The feel The packing and the delivery of clothes makes us feel like we have bought the brand new clothes Thanks Have a great day Regards Vinay jain Superguard.co.in
