This point has the excellent view you can see the khopoli from the top, this place has good sunset point. You will get amazed by seeing the roads crossing across the ghats. But careful about the ongoing traffic specifically if you visiting with kids. After sunset you will see the beautiful vehicles lights along the ghat roads down the hills.

Natural scenic beauty while the sun going down through the high clouds between mountains accompanied with the Mumbai-Pune Express Highway which looks like a giant snake rolling down the mountains.. Superb natural views appearing on the last minute when the sun actually starts disappearing slowly and the sun rays going up to the clouds which can be clearly seen in the images.. You'll greatly enjoy a 30 minutes halt on the spot between 6-7pm during the summer season. Can't say much about other seasons. The spot is accompanied with a garden, a temple near-by, lot of road side stalls where you can enjoy tea/coffe/Maggie & other local snacks. Also has a playground for kids with lot of different slides/swings & other play toys for kids. Khandala also has some resorts and hotels to stay but I would rather suggest to stay in Lonavala instead so that you may also enjoy local market, malls, shops, cuisines, shopping, Bushi Dam, Pawna Dam, Tiger Point and all others.. Overall Lonavala & Khandala are a place for great family & leisure holiday where you can stay & enjoy different places of your taste upto 3 days.
Close to lonavala So it will cost less to get here incase you are using auto Auto rickshaw will cost 300rs back and forth with one hour waiting You can grab some freshly roasted corn and enjoy your view There is cute pot shop close by and has good quality pots for a good price if you know how to bargain
Well, what can be said about this beautiful location. This location is all you want from a perfect sunset point. Just park your vehicles well, that is the only thing to be taken care of.

Amazing view of the Mumbai Pune express way and the setting sun gets you nostalgic. Lovely experience to be there and let the view set in. Little overcrowded but a definitely worth it experience.
