Biryani by kilo offers traditional Hyderabadi and Lucknowi biryani cooked in individual handis delivered to your home. It has sent a benchmark among contemporaries because of its service,quality and taste. The menu is kept short and simple and even even vegetarians have few choices. I recently tried their paneer dum Biryani, Veg Hyderabadi biryani, paneer nawabi, rumali roti and Phirni. The order reached well in mentioned time.The delivery guycarried a huge hot box bag and handed over the biryani which was dum cooked and sealed in earthen pot and came along with a sigdi....which meant that even if we are having it little later we can warm it up a while before and break open the seal to a piping hot biryani. Here's a verdict: 1.Veg Hyderabadi Dum biryani & Paneer DUM BIRYANI : Both the biryani was Piping hot ,layered well with authentic taste and great long grain basmati with an unforgettable aroma. The taste ensured that each biryani was freshly made and packed in handis.This came along with salan &. Raita respectively which went well along. 2. Paneer Nawabi : This is another recommended dish which is very mild on spices but extremely flavorful. The paneer pieces were succulent,juicy and gravy was finger licking good.lt went well with both with rumali roti and biryani. 3.Phirni: Again packed in earthen pot,this Phirni can drive you crazy.Very simple...you can see and smell kesar,thickened to perfection. 4. Veg Galouti kebabs : When I first tired the I felt it was non veg just joking they were super soft and the aroma of it was making me crazy To sum up,Biryani by kilo offers a great experience and is a safe bet for biryani lovers. Its an all in one order-heat-serve kind of experience for dinner,parties or get together.

BIRYANI by kilo the name is sufficient for it's quality. However i ordered some of their Delicacies to try out . First of all i would like to mention the packaging, it's just top notch and amazing. The handi gives a authentic flavours to the dish and are easy to reheat by the reheat things they provide with it. So you would love the Unboxing experience. Now coming to the dishes , i ordered a Hyderabadi Biryani, lucknowi biryani , phirni , paneer recipe and rumali roti. The biryani taste was just amazing the long rice perfectly dum and the juicy chicken ... Just wow . I loved the taste of it. And the biryani was sufficient for 3 of us. So the quality and quantity both were just PERFECT. The phirni was soo good and rich in flavours . The thickness, sweetness Everything was upto the mark. My overall experience had been just amazing with it. And would love to suggest everyone to try it from here once and enjoy the amazing authentic flavours of Biryani.

Decent quality (looked hygienically cooked) but lacked authentic flavour and spices. Quantity was less. Being from Lucknow, I'm bit of a biryani connoisseur. Many local places here provide better quality and quantity.

Undercooked rice and undercooked chicken, worst chicken biryani i have ever had, never gonna order any thing from this overhyped restaurant, Message to the chef " Ordered 1 kg of biryani and i had few spoon of undercooked rice and a small portion of undercooked chicken and ill feed rest of the biryani to the street dogs tomorrow.

I ordered the Hyederabadi Dum Biryani along with salan and it tasted really awesome. Everything was fresh and thoroughly cooked. I really loved the taste and even i tried it in one of the Delhi-NCR branch also which was also as superb as this. Even during this pandemic they are taking good care in terms of hygiene. In the end i will say that I will find it hard to switch to any other resturant for biryani. Great work by Biryani by Kilo.
