I went to this clinic for tests related to Upper and Lower GI tract, namely endoscopy and colonoscopy. A few things I noticed right off the bat: 1. Extremely rude staff: The person manning the reception was extremely impolite and lacked even the baseline levels of decency expected of personels working in the medical care industry. He possessed zero empathy for the patient's condition or their pain, lacked basic manners, and was belligerent. 2. Thoroughly mismanaged enterprise: The less I say about their shoddy management skills, the better. They have absolutely no clue as to when your turn will arrive, they'll answer to you in an extremely belligerent tone when a response is sought I come from a family of doctors - my father is a private practitioner, my uncle runs a nursing home in a different city, however, I've never witnessed a medical practitioner or their staff member treating their patients with such lack of empathy as these folks. Please find yourself a doctor who hasn't traded their oath for money. These folks do not deserve your hard-earned money. I, for one, will never visit them ever again.

One of the worst doctor I have seen in my life. In 2012, he did wrong ERCP on my wife causing Induced Pancreatitis. Because of which she has been suffering till today. This was done in Mayo Hospital, Lucknow. I remember that day while doing ERCP the assistant was chewing tobacco. When we consulted other doctors, one of the reason for this Pancreatitis might be using the unsterile tools. Worst management. No matter how serious your condition is ,the staff won't even listen to you. However nicely you speak to the people there, you'll get a rude reply only. And you'll have to reach there before 9:30-10 am but your number will come at 5 pm. There is no system defined for calling the patients.

Doesn't matter how serious is the patient .... Doctor including staff members are busy in celebrating new year. Very unprofessional doctor and staff. Poor management, numbering system is worst..one have no idea what's going on and when the patients number will come.whole day will be wasted over there.
