Ferns and petals is a highly unprofessional application......I had placed an order ( order id 19994703) 10 days prior to the expected date of delivery....and one day before my function when i called to find about my order.....THEN they informed me it can't be delivered and cancelled my order stating "it's a non serviceable area" which while taking the order they didn't mention.... FURTHER they *didn't refund* my money in 10 days.....on enquiring they are continuously asking for 5-7 days more....my refund is still pending.... VERY PATHETIC TRADE PRACTICE!!

Extremely poor experience... The order was delivered too late.. It came just an hour before the expiry of allotted time slot, even though Ordered the product in morning.. It came at night... I am really dissatisfied.
