Cleanliness need to be there which is missing and the rooms needs to be more furnished although location is nice colony is nice the rent plus food they offer is also nice but cleanliness and the facility in rooms needs to be enhanced
Hi, I used to stay in this PG in 2017. Rooms are extremely dirty. Water issues. Food is not good. You should not stay here if you are a studious student. (They put on too much loud music) I personally didn't have issues regarding security deposits. However, the PG owner generally create a lot of fuss while returning the security amount ( As per the experiences my friends had while residing there) In a nutshell, do not put your hard earned money in this PG. There are better PG'S in Gomtinagar.
Very worst pg ever seen in my life..they talk very polite to until keep money, there after very hectic situation to stay there. money minded people.
They didn't return me back my security fee and they are really good at gossiping and killing ur time when you need to do other important things. Privacy they give is zero. The owners are cunning people and they find out different ways to take your money. They don't give you a single facility and tell you how do you have to stay in your own room. They tell you they'll give you many things at the time of seeing the pg but when you start living all they give you is a mess and they are not the people of their words. So many excuses they have. I have never lived in a place worse than this pg. They are not good people and they leave you with their responsibilities. Hope this helps you.

Worst hostel I've seen in my lyf. No proper water facility, fully dirty. And uncle try to convince that u will get homely stay, which is fully nonsense,. Staying there is disaster another things they make lots of additional terms & conditions n rules also, once you enter there feels like negativity. And they make lots of stuff while returning the security money. So try to make yourself not to come in this trap.
If u really want to stay far from fraud people then kindly dodnt prefer to stay here .. the most disgusting place or PG to stay ... the owner is a big cheater he will take your money and will not return it back instead of that he will create 100 of reasons ... The cheater thief wht so ever I will call him he will be less in that... and the people who has rated 5 star is no one else bt it's by him only he created some fake mail id and rated himself as 5 star ..... fraud fellow....
