When I went at his clinic, five persons besides the doctor were present in doctor's consultancy room. One of those present was a pathology clinic agent, and another person was a medicine shop agent. The other two must also have been agents. Dr Somany prescribes medicines which are available at only one medicine shop nearby. The shop agent gave a business card and gave direction of the shop. The business of commission from medicines and lab test is unashamedly blatant and vulgar. Totaly avoid going to this man.

Dr Somani asks to undergo multiple numbers of not necessary tests without any valid reason or rationale, as if he is being paid his share by pathology labs. This doctor is the same we see on the news channel sting ops who aims just to mint money even when the patient is suffering with agonising pain and stress. He is a perfect example of how handful of doctors are blot in medicine profession. Never saw such an unprofessional gastrologist ever in my life. Thanks for this horrendous experience. High fees and unnecessary tests that too after all of these he is unable to detect issue or explain. Not to waste time.

His management and the boys working there are really worst... Don't even know how to follow sequence also follow irregular entery. Doctor and his treatment is good although.

Edit after 2 weeks , The doctor's treatment worked very well for my father , so definitely will recommend. I don't judge on the doctor's ability to treat a patient, he might have his own ways but some negative points were obvious. 1. Inspite of doctor being free and me being last and no one after me during valid opd hours , Doctor wasn't interested in giving me more than 1.5 minutes. 2. The patient was elderly and on a lot of medicines and i thought he would check them since they were written neatly on a peice of paper for any contraindications or mismatches that may cause the GI symptoms. 3.In general a docotor should in my opinion give a little more time and thought in treatment of elderly since they are the ones highest susceptible to side effects and risk. 4.The medicines could only be bought at a medical store of doctor's choice, it wasn't an issue for me but there might be conflict of interest involved , i was told they will not be available anywhere else. 5. He went through the patient's blood reports like a bullet train with least intrest in any hidden cues that may be vital to patient's diagnosis. So if you are elderly please go visit another doctor it's just too risky.

I wanna rate this dr zero.. He is not sincere to his work, I visited him yesterday for my mother gave wrong medication. After taking just one tablet my mother faced soo many issues regarding her health as loose motions, head ache, vomiting.. He is soo greedy for money, only needs money.. His treatment is too costly and also very poor..
