Quite and calm place not much crowded, perhaps it is not known to many or many don't like to go there as it lacks entertainment but it is an informative place. Small wax statues, pictures, etc tells the story about Maharaja Ranjit Singh the great ruler of erstwhile Punjab Empire.

Located in the middle of Ram Bagh Garden in Amritsar, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum was the summer palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the first king of the Sikh empire. You will find much information about the life of first Sikh king, and also art, architecture, and history of the Sikh community between 18th and 19th century. The palace was converted into a museum in 1977. This is one of the nearby famous places from Golden Temple and is just 4 km away. Timing: 10 am to 5 pm (closed on Monday and public holidays)

Good place to hang around. Could be more maintained but it’s ok

A must visiting place. Thrills to see the decommissioned but glorious tanks, fighter aircraft, artilleries. But I think it still lacks in maintainence. But given he ticket price which is just 40 rupees the museum is providing best of the best services. *Timings 10am to 5 pm.
