Respected Sir I am your regular customer for 3lac per annum but sorry to describe this wrong behaviour by your staff I purchased a gold chain of rupees 55000 12 days before and I came to your showroom for exchanging it by another design but your staff behaved like as if I robbered it from anybody and selling it to you by saying that this chain is of no use and if you want to exchange it then you have to pay making gst etc etc etc Please look into this matter not for me but for every precious customers you have from past so many years Showroom runs with customer Your Well-wisher
Although we didn't go into the onsite restaurant, we ordered some food at the bar a few times and it was delicious. The bar area and lobby were nice and open, good place to relax and meet friends.

Very bad experience, because they are lier! I had bought ladies bangles three years back that was hall marked but when I sold back and baught something else against of the bangles they took back 200 rs per gram deduction which is total unfair because hall mark means you would get 100 percent of gold value. They lost the customer and they are defaulter. I reccomend don't go to this shop.
The phone number for the sardar jewellers on google is fake or some weird person picks up the call and ask weird questions! Please don’t call on that number specially if you are a girl ! They should maintain the authenticity of the information, what if a person is coming from diff city and has to buy something relying on the phone number on google !
Owners are very nice, they did hard work . We new them from their old shop in srafan bazaar then their shop in clock tower and after that ghumaar mandi. They are reliable and despite of huge growth they are down to earth. Must visit there.
