This treatment plant is biggest water treatment plant in ludhiana till date. 10-12 feet wide sewreage pipe line is used to feed this plant. They are using machanical way to treat the hard water. This plant is so big that you can spot it on ludhiana map easily.
This is a huge water treatment plant in Ludhiana. But they threw all the BLACK coloured dirty water in near Satluj River and thus polluting the river and making the situation of the Satluj bad to worst everyday. They should stop doing this IMMEDIATELY. The government should take action and stop this.

Best in india of its sorts. Without any electricity conumption 75% treatment of sewage water treatment 1/3rd of Ludhiana total sewage water i.e. 161 Million Litres per day. Day and nights of 24 x 7 working by Dedicated and sincere team of engineers , technicians and workers is the peculiar thing about this waste water treatment unit. Bio gas generated is is very good fuel for various purposes.
