This review is not regarding the type of designer the person is or the quality of clothes. This is about the front store management and customer relations. Because in this industry everyone has their own taste. My experience with the store. I visited the store with my family members to select the dresses for them and they were very excited as it had good reviews on Google and very good reputation in the market. The moment we enter the store, we are asked do we have an appointment, we say No, they say leave your number and we will get back to you. Store is empty, on Google their is no mentioning of store being appointment only, let alone on their website. We leave the contact number around 10 days later we get a call from them please come to store, we ask what time. They say anytime you can come no need of appointment. We go there as we scheduled, as we reach there they told wait for sometime as we are refreshing our collection. We wait for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. Then they come out and say give us some time more. Then eventually they come and say they cant honor the appointment today as their collection is not available and they are going for an exhibition. And asked us to come the next day. This exactly portrayed the scene of office office tv show where we are asked to come next day. Then I did some research on Google reviews to figure, People related to owners have been writing positive 5 star reviews on Google to boost the rating on Google. I have nothing against the store, but the behavior portrayed is highly unprofessional and also they seem to not care about the customers. Imagine why would a customer spend their money on a store like that, where they ask you to come another day and their family members write positive reviews to boost the store rating. I never got to see their desired collection. I hope store improves and gets their act together.

Sonu Gandhi is one of the most unprofessional owner and staff I ever came across. I visited the store and they send me off without showing even a single piece saying I needed to book appointment. A week later I got a call from them saying I could come down on Monday to see the bridal collection. When I went on Monday, I waited for 15 minutes, manager of the store came and asked me to wait for another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later she came , only to say: “Can you come tomorrow?” When I told them you are the ones who called me and asked me to come and now asking to come the other day. This is so unprofessional, she said I don’t have any collection here today, I would only waste your time. This is the worst shopping experience from a so called first fashion designer of Punjab. I wish I could give negative ratings.

Sonu Gandhi store has very elegant taste. There are outfits for every occasion. Sonu Gandhi Store in Ludhiana is the best. I am from US and I needed few outfits for my wedding and a friend of mine recommended this store. I was impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. The selection of outfits is amazing. They worked with me very well and I got what I wanted. Great prices, and great service. Everything was done right on time. The alterations were just right. I bought 4 dresses for myself and 4 bridesmaids dresses from her and I love all of them. Thank you Sonu Gandhi.
