The questions which you have asked the HR about \Is it necessary to be a Graduate to get this Job \ shows your ignorance. The basic Mandate to get into any job role would be \The candidate must be a Graduate \. Your body language during the interview had reflected your thoughts and mindset towards the Job. It is evident that you are not serious about your career or the Job. Would suggest you to become serious in life and try to learn basic etiquettes before attending an Interview with any company.
