When you walk in, it feels like last vestiges of a brand on the verge of collapse. However the lady at the counter was very helpful, helping us with Aadhar linking with a smile on her face. There is usually not a lot of crowd and you can get work done fast enough.

Useful store of TATA Docomo. Hardly find these around in the city. Timely service. Showroom is quite big.

Worst store, 1. First I asked them for linking addhar to my sim then they gave some reason and not link the addhah and saying now no compulsion to link it. 2. Then I asked for I want replace old sim (new sim with same number) as it was cracked already. Then they said now blank sim is not available. This store is only a showpiece

Store opens at 10am but takes till 12 to be satisfactorily functional. Staff are prompt and up to the job. Premises are well maintained. Just a suggestion. Urgently need a Docomo Store near the Gachibowli Area. As The Madhapur brach as well as the BHEL branch both are a bit far for people from Gachibowli/Kothaguda.
