Me weekly twice ordering for my shop usage. Product too good but response from their executives is very very disappointed. Not even ready to listen what buyers needed. I thought to change from this vendor but unfortunately due to taste i cant switch over. But i am trying to change the vendor as soon as possible because of their poor response. After posting this comment i received the material from this company. They didn't deliver what i order correctly. And the executive is not moving out of my shop without payment. I told i will send the payment through online. It will take around 1 hour i told. But the executive is saying that give payment immediately or else return back the delivered materials. I dont know whether the management is telling to do like that or the working staff is doing like that. I then called to the executive who taken order and asked to connect to the management. But they didn't. Once for a time i want to talk to the management regarding this. In future i wont take any products from them and also i wont recommend to anybody. Sorry for saying this. Since it is very bad experience for me i am saying this. Now me started to search for another vendor & i got it.

Fraud company fake commitment advance given for chicken momos send veg momos instead of chicken and out of 5 pkt 2 pkt damage send the pic in two hrs of recd the stock and the owner commit the damage and diffrence rembarce but after 15 dayshe denied wat to do after advance given to them dont put advance before recd the right or right condition stock Dont put advance in this account they are cheaters non commitment and fraud I have all recording and photo of damage stock which I recd instant photo will send they are fraud fraud and fraud dont deal with them They will not reply on my words bcoz they are fraud cheaters fodenied

We like Sujep frozen products for our home usage. But their office is very very interior for our walk in. (Better to inform them (Sujep) our order one day before for door delivery)

We went to their premises .its very hygienic to purchase all our ready to fry and ready to cook products. We purchase frozen chicken in Madurai office.Its very soft and tender also we gone through few of the ready to fry items. Chicken and sea foods are very hygienic. Also we gone through their ready to fry products. Chicken pop corn , Chicken nuggets, Chicken sausage in Chicken and Crab lollipop and fish fingers are very tasty recipes. We will continue with them in future.
